DheyTécnica’s Rotary Sieve performs the continuous separation of solid particles present in liquids. The granulometry of the solids that are going to stay is determined by the mesh applied to the sieve. The retained solids are transported through the internal screw to the end of the screen, where they are discharged.

The filtered water and collected through a lower gutter and directed to the pipes, the radial speed can be adjusted through a frequency inverter as necessary and according to the effluentcharacteristics.

This equipment is extremely robust, made of stainless steel, it has inspection doors with a sealing system that guarantees the tightness of the equipment, keeping the environment clean and dry. It has a sanitization mesh system with high-pressure sprinkler nozzles, thus guaranteeing the maximum efficiency of the equipment.

The rotary sieve is sized according to the degree of filtration required and can be manufactured to meet flows from 20 to 500m3/h.
