DheyTécnica’s Percolating Tank  aims to receive the product processed by the Digesters and separate the excess oil through a filter at the bottom of it, passing the oil to a collector tank with an extractor helicoid. The filtered mass is stored to be processed in the press.

The product extraction and dosage is carried out by, one or two, helicoids installed at the bottom of the box. The equipment has a top closure with double inlets for digester discharge.

It has strategically positioned inspection covers with mechanical closure or with safety sensors, aiming at serving the NR-12 norm. Projects are made according to the number and capacity of the Digesters, built in a modular way allowing its expansion when necessary. Equipped with a ladder and walkway to check the equipment and to facilitate access to the discharge outlets of the Digesters.
