Continuous Pre-Cooker

DheyTécnica’s Continuous Pre-Cooker performs the pre-heating of fish and poultry waste, in low temperature processes.

The heating of the product occurs by indirect heat exchange from the jacketed body for greater heat transfer. Inside it has a screw, which transports and mixes the product during the cooking process
