Continuous Cooker

DheyTécnica’s Continuous Cooker presents greater efficiency in cooking meat residues, with a large evaporation capacity and standardization of the final product in a reduced physical space.

It helps saving electrical and thermal energy as well as maintaining more stable steam consumption and gas generation, facilitating the operation of the boiler and the gas and odor treatment system.

Due to the large area for gas expansion and precise suction control, it facilitates the extraction of gases and mitigates the risk of dragging raw material to the gas treatment system.
