Project objective: Modernize the existing blood drying line with the objective of increasing production capacity, reducing energy costs and reducing product waste (generated by the existing line).

A continuous blood drying line was implemented with the installation of a DHT-SR80MS rotary tube dryer, which provided a significant increase in production capacity, as well a reduction in production costs, improvement in the plant process flow, improvement in the cleanliness of the environment and mainly reduced product losses.
