    Heat Exchanger

    DheyTécnica’s Heat Exchanger is used to heat drinking water for the plant, taking advantage of the thermal energy coming from the cooking and drying processes of the by-product processing factory.

    The equipment can heat drinking water between 45°C and 90°C, secondarily condensates part of the process gases, reducing the level of odors as a primary gas treatment equipment.

    The recuperator is made up of a tube-shell heat exchanger and a hot water storage tank, both with automatic controls managed by the system.
