    Continuous Hydrolyser

    DheyTécnica’s Continuous Hydrolysers are developed to carry out continuous hydrolysis of feathers for generation of digestible protein, drastically reducing production costs by maintaining consistent quality in the process.

    The equipment energy consumption is extremely low, having low power installed and low energy consumption, approximately 0.3kg of steam per kg of hydrolysed feathers.
